In the 1990s, our principal co-founded a software company and helped steer it to a successful IPO, gaining invaluable insights into the challenges and triumphs of building and exiting a high-growth business.

Later, he co-founded eSecuritel, a pioneering insurance technology company that was acquired by Mainsail Partners, a leading San Francisco-based M&A firm. Most recently, he successfully sold an EHR SaaS company, further solidifying his expertise in navigating complex software exits.

These experiences shaped our understanding of the founder’s perspective — from building and scaling a business to making the right strategic exit.
